Hi, I’m Natalie Saroya, owner of Saroya Psychotherapy and a Registered Psychotherapist-Qualifying with the CRPO. I offer online therapy sessions to individuals across Canada. After working in business contexts for 15 years, I became a therapist due to my passion for helping people grow into the best versions of themselves. I use variety of research-backed therapy approaches in my work. In working together, my aim would be to learn about your current issues, life experiences, and therapy goals and come up with a personalized plan to help you achieve those goals.
Finding a therapist you feel comfortable talking to is KEY. I have been told by my clients that I am approachable, compassionate, empathetic, and warm, and therapy sessions with me feel like a regular conversation.
